Description of Typical Day Findings
Briefly describe your typical daily routine from the time you wake up until bedtime. During my norma workdays, I wake up at 5.30 in the morning. I then prepare and leave for work by 6.30 am. My breakfast is served at the hospital’s cafeteria between 7.00 to 7.30 am. We take lunch breaks at 12.30 pm 1.30 on. My shift takes 12 hours and ends at 7.30 pm. AfterclockingoutI head home for home-made dinner. I check my assignments after dinner before taking a shower and heading to bed by midnight.
Nutrition and Weight Management Questions Findings
What do you eat on a typical day? What type of foods do you prefer, how often do you eat throughout the day, and about how much do you eat? For breakfast, I take white tea or coffee with sausage/ eggs and bread. For lunch, I mostly take fries and a coke which are my favorite. For dinner, I like to make rich, meat, and vegetables. I eat in moderation, taking moderate quantities of foods. For snacks, I eat biscuits, cakes, and fruits in between meals.
Do you eat out frequently, or mainly prepare meals at home?If you eat out, what type of restaurants do you usually eat at? I often eat out. Two of my main meals, breakfast, and lunch, I take either at the hospital’s cafeteria or I order from outside. My dinner is 95% home-made.
