Fast changing workplace demands in the 21st century call for greater flexibility in the ways individuals and work teams make and implement decisions.
This assessment draws on learning activities and resources from weeks 1-4. It is designed for you to record and reflect on the decision-making preferences, processes and tools that you use personally on a daily basis and compare and contrast this with one or two major personal or business decisions. You should include in your reflective report:

1. I have come to appreciate that decision-making is a critical process both in corporate and domestic arenas. Through the decisions made, there is a definition of either success or failure. Highly informed and effective decision-making processes often result in the achievement of success and other desired results as compared to the procedures that are poorly managed (Qin et al., 2017). In the past, I have made decisions, both regrettable and productive based on tools such as the SWOT analysis, Pareto chart, cost-benefit technique, and feasibility study among others.
2. Some of the decisions that I have taken have come with significant impacts in academics and other aspects of life.
