Directions

Using the techniques learned in class and in the readings, create a basic WBS for your project, showning 3 to 6 work streams and approximately 20-30 elements. You may have to aggregate some tasks to do so, but you will want to limit the number of elements to prevent your network diagram and critical path analysis from being overly complex.

You can use Microsoft Powerpoint’s built-in “org chart” capability if you’d like.  Below is an editable example.
