Nursing practice should be evidenced-based and the process of updating policies and procedures varies by facility. Feel free to discuss what you know about your current or previous places of employment.
Answer the following questions. Your post should look like:
- Paragraph one: Do you know how policies and procedures are evaluated for quality in your current practice (or previous if not currently employed)? If you do know, explain the evaluation process. If you do not know, explain why it would be important to know and who you could contact to learn more.
