One way I use informatics is by using patient documentation in electronic devices to make care decisions. I achieve this by using information collected and organized in the electronic medical records to inform patient care and documentation patient’s condition and electronically sharing the information to doctors, patients, and any other pertinent stakeholders. With the informatics skills, I am better placed to manage patient care more effectively, improving its quality.
