NR631 Week 2 Practicum Log

Purpose

This assignment is designed to help students document all the activities they engage in to meet the objective and Course Outcomes (COs) outlined in the Learning Agreement and to complete the practicum work.

For the NR 631 course, a minimum of 72 practicum hours are required. The Practicum Log reflects all of the time and activities the student spends completing the practicum requirements. It identifies the Nurse Executive CGE activities and tracks a student’s practicum hours, helping a student realize where time has been spent and what has been accomplished.

Requirements

1. Complete the weekly Practicum Log using the form provided
2. Maintain the weekly log throughout the course.
3. Notify the professor and/or mentor of any concerns during the completion of the log.
4. Grammar, spelling, punctuation, citations, and references must be consistent with formal academic writing and APA format as expressed in the current edition of the APA manual.
